When Diana Ross sings carol there's cypher that can compare to her estimation. She lives her songs and ever pours her eye and soul into them, making them fifty-fifty more beautiful and memorable. Her gentle yet very effective voice perfectly fits carol formula melting every listener's heart. Each time I listen to Diana performing 1 of her famous love song I ask myself: "What practise people see in Aretha Franklin's voice?" Of course, there'southward no argue on whose voice is more powerful and has wider range, but when information technology comes to interpretation it's Diana who always steals the show (at least in my opinion). Aretha can accident you away with her over-the-top vocals but hardly gives her songs that emotional raw quality that I always find in Diana'due south songs. And the best way to discover Diana's remarkable voice is only to heed to "To Love Again", that in many ways stands as her greatest compilation of love songs. If y'all ever questioned Diana's strength as a vocalist, then better listen to "It's My Turn", "One More Chance" or "Stay With Me". She sings these songs with true passion and elevate them into higher level. Merely the most beautiful and center-breaking song is championship runway, that remains my all time favourite Diana Ross carol. No ane could tape such a honey vocal without sounding bromidic and bland. And so, if you're set to discover Diana'due south gentle side then buy this album and savor it forever.

Similar 1978's Ross, To Dearest Again wasn't really an all new studio album but a carol collection of half new half previously released cloth, all penned for the diva by Michael Masser. Side 1 contains four new songs, including the splendid single "It'southward My Turn", but the three other tracks are equally grandiose ballads, delivered equally but La Ross could practise them. Side two contains 5 previously released songs, including the chart-topping "Theme From Mahogany" and "Touch Me in the Morning". I always found "To Dear Again" a very poignant vocal also. Finally receiving a CD release in 2003, To Beloved Once more was expanded to an excellent 20-song ballads collection, showing Ross at her very best.

Diana Ross had recorded "To Love Again" in early 1981 just earlier she left Motown Records and went on to work with RCA Records. "To Honey Again" is a kind of compilation of Ross most beautiful ballads. Most of them were produced, composed and arranged by Michael Masser-Ross longtime collaborator. Hits like: "Terminal Time I Saw Him", "Do You Know Where You're Going To?" and "Bear on Me In The Morn" are all hither of course. Simply it'south the residuum of cloth that makes this album a truthful diamond. Beautiful ballads: "Stay With Me", "One More than Risk" and "To Love Once more" are among Ross' best musical moments. I love this album and consider information technology the ultimate love songs drove from i and but Diana Ross.
